Main Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties for a range of internal departments
- Assisting the TOP team with the raising of Purchase Orders
- Internal liaison with our sales, QA, logistics, production, planning and finance departments to collate requisite job information.
- Assisting the TOP team with the processing of Purchase Invoices
- Stock Control and Replenishment of Office Stationary Supplies and Production Staff uniforms.
- To establish a working relationship with designated suppliers and business contacts
- Communicating and co-ordinating with suppliers via email/in writing and phone in a clear, concise and professional manner. The role may include internal and off-site supplier meetings.
- Working closely with the Planning Manager on the production of the Planning Schedule, including liaising with various internal and external parties
- Job/Costing data analysis and problem identification
- Working with the operations management team on the implementation of new and ongoing projects and procedures
- Actively participating in and contribute towards continuous individual development and team targets
- Any other duties as instructed by the Estimating and Procurement Manager, Senior Management or company Directors
- To comply with all certification requirements

- Willingness to learn negotiation techniques and practices for day to day supplier interaction
Benefits for the Operations Administrative Assistant include:
- Monday–Friday, 37.5hrs per week. Some flexibility regarding start/finish times, minimum 7.5hrs per day excluding lunch time. Additional hours/travelling as required.
