The role will focus on providing general administrative assistance to the Operations team. There will also be some involvement with the ‘Customer Service` team to ensure flexibility/cover across the internal sales/production departments.
The successful applicant will possess a good understanding of English and Maths, and be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office programs. They will also be using various Information Management Systems, as such a good general level of IT knowledge will be required.
This role has been created with the aim of developing the chosen applicant into a key member of the Operations team, encompassing areas such as Estimating, Cost Analysis and Procurement & Logistics. As such it will involve a significant amount of both in-house and external training, with the duties and role increasing and changing in-line with individual progress.
