About You:

You will be a good team player, able to remain calm under pressure whilst displaying good accuracy. Previous experience of working in technical customer service in a business to business environment would be beneficial. You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, ideally print or packaging is desirable but not essential, for this role.

Main Duties

The main duties include all customer facing administration including quotations, sales invoices, order acknowledgements, stock lists, artwork and other general customer queries plus some participation in customer meetings that require occasional travel away from the office. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential; you will also be trained on the use of our business administration system ‘Shuttleworth’. Salary & benefits will commensurate with experience.
